Our Story.
KC Daiquiri Shop brings the experience of the New Orleans French Quarter to Overland Park!
Our goal is to offer authentic Cajun/Creole cuisine, one-of-a-kind signature plates and New Orleans-style Daiquiris with a little Midwest touch for a unique and unforgettable experience.

We let the good times roll at the Bistreaux, so join us for a unique dining experience!
We highly recommend making a reservation. Each reservation made at the Bistreaux is assigned a 2 hour time slot.
In order to help ensure a seamless guest experience, we will seat parties once at least half the guests have arrived. We ask for guests to be prompt with arrival for reservations. A 30 minute grace period is granted for each reservation time. Once outside the designated grace period window your reservation is not guaranteed.

Monday: Closed
Tuesdays: Open 4-11pm: We celebrate Fat Tuesday every Tuesday with Happy Hour specials all day! We have live music from 7-10pm.
Wednesdays: Open 4-9pm: We have Happy Hour from 4 to 7pm. We celebrate and appreciate our First Responders every Wednesday. When you show your ID, you’ll get 15% off your meal plus each First Responder can get a complimentary 9 oz daiquiri or glass of wine during Happy Hour.
Thursdays: Open 4-9pm: We have Happy Hour from 4 to 7pm. We celebrate and appreciate all Educators every Thursday. When you show your School ID, you’ll get 15% off your meal plus each Educator can get a complimentary 9oz daiquiri or glass of wine during Happy Hour. We also get the weekend started early for all ladies. Thursdays are Ladies Night, so every lady can receive a complimentary 9 oz daiquiri or glass of wine during Happy Hour.
Fridays and Saturdays: Open 11am-11pm: Our unique lunch menu is available from 11am to 3pm, with our dinner menu starting after. Live music is from 7pm-10pm and drink specials from 10pm-11pm!
Sundays: Open noon- 9pm: We have our unique lunch menu from noon to 3pm and our delicious dinner menu starts at 3pm.
*Note that our kitchen closes 30 minutes before our restaurant closes each night (an hour before closing on Tues/Fri/Sat), so be sure to come in enough time to get your order in.
